I built upon my experience designing for Nike Asia Pacific Apparel by taking a Senior Graphic Designer role for Nike Young Athlete. While my role at Nike APA was centered on adult apparel, Nike Y.A. is designed for a younger age range. However the look and feel remains faithful to the Nike ethos of innovation through imaginative cutting-edge design, modern printing techniques and lightweight materials. At the core of Nike's DNA is a very unique brand structure that relies on a very regimented set of logos and verbiage, which I was very familiar with after working with them for years. The resulting graphics were fresh takes on Nike's signature aesthetic.
