Excerpts from "NOCTURNAL MYTH", the graphic lookbook I designed for Fashion Designer Monica Leigh's current Fall 2026 collection. My goal was to use typography and subtle photographic treatments to capture the elegant mystique that flows though Monica's work.
The pieces, the photography style and model fit together perfectly, so I developed a subtle graphic language to unite her project into a concise, eye-catching printed format.
Monica's pieces fit so perfectly with the photographic style of the entire shoot . As not to interfere with the subtle balance and complexity present in the photography, I developed a subtle graphic language to unite everything into a concise, eye-catching format.
There is such a beautiful way that Monica's pieces feel so precisely structured, and yet have such an unmistakable organic fluidity that runs throughout them. I kept this in mind when developing the accompanying graphic language, incorporating typographic elements that alternate between the structured and the organic.
